So, I'm now eating better and the cravings have subsided on their own! It took some time, however. Now, it seems that when I want to eat junk, I think about how crappy I would feel afterward and opt for a healthier choice!

It's working, it's working!!
Okay, so I went for my first weigh-in and measure on Monday. On the Ideal Protein diet, I have lost two pounds and nine and a half inches in 7 days!! I'm very exciting and even ventured to purchase a pair of shorts for the warm weather!
I'm still experimenting with different recipes for veggies and stuff but so far, I've made it!
