So, I'm now eating better and the cravings have subsided on their own! It took some time, however. Now, it seems that when I want to eat junk, I think about how crappy I would feel afterward and opt for a healthier choice!

It's working, it's working!!

Okay, so I went for my first weigh-in and measure on Monday. On the Ideal Protein diet, I have lost two pounds and nine and a half inches in 7 days!! I'm very exciting and even ventured to purchase a pair of shorts for the warm weather!

I'm still experimenting with different recipes for veggies and stuff but so far, I've made it!

Here comes the sun . . .

and along with it brings the summer, which means it's bathing suit time. Am I ready? Of course not!

I did find a new weight loss/health program that I'm interested in trying out. Maybe I'll try to post some pics as I go along (hopefully they will be successful ones)!

Cricut Expression

Okay, so has anyone tried the Cricut Expression?! These machines aren't cheap but they work miracles! You can do most anything with them from creating gift bags, to making cards, to making stencils for glass etching, etc.

Anybody got any other ideas for me?

Oreos are so good!
